What is the Okyo Garde return & refund policy?

Within 30 days

If you’ve purchased your Okyo Garde by placing an order at Okyo.com, you have 30 days from the device shipment date to request a full refund (excluding the original shipping costs). All refunds are subject to further conditions detailed in this policy, including our timely receipt of your authorized device return.

After 30 days but within the first year term

If you’ve purchased your Okyo Garde by placing an order at Okyo.com and it’s after 30 days from the shipping date but before the first year subscription term has ended, you may be eligible to receive up to a 50% pro-rated refund of the original purchase price. All refunds are subject to further conditions detailed in this policy, including our timely receipt of your authorized device return.

Upgrades and downgrades

You may choose to upgrade to a higher subscription tier anytime during your service term, and the price of the upgrade will be pro-rated accordingly. Please note that you are only eligible to downgrade your subscription at the time of annual renewal.

What is the Okyo Concierge return & refund policy?

If you’ve purchased Okyo Concierge by placing an order at okyo.com, you have 30 days from the ship date for a full refund (excluding the one-time set-up fee).

If you’ve purchased Okyo Concierge by placing an order at okyo.com and it’s after 30 days from the order date of the device but before the first year subscription term commitment has ended, you may be eligible to receive up to a 50% pro-rated refund of the original purchase price (excluding the one-time set-up fee).

What if I need to cancel or reschedule Okyo Concierge?

We understand that you’re busy and schedules change on short notice, so we are as flexible as possible. There is no fee if you contact us to reschedule with more than 24 hours before your confirmed appointment time. Please contact us at support@okyo.com to make updates.

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or less of the confirmed appointment time, you will incur a $49 fee that will be charged to the payment method used during your purchase. An additional $49 fee may be applied if you are absent or unavailable for the installation when the technician arrives at your location for the scheduled appointment.

How to submit for return & refund?

Please contact Okyo Support from the mobile app or at support@okyo.com to start your return and receive a shipping label. We are unable to provide return labels to an address originating outside of the United States.

When we receive your returned device, we will issue the refund (excluding the original shipping costs), so long as:

  • The return package is shipped within 14 days from the date that the return was authorized by Okyo Support, and

  • Your device is in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in. If we receive an incomplete package, the device may be sent back to you without a refund being issued.

Please have patience while we process the refund to your original payment method. It may take a week or more for us to receive your shipment and for your financial institution to process and provide the credit.
