Yes, you can cancel anytime by emailing support@okyo.com. We will provide a full refund if you cancel within 30 days from the date your Okyo Garde device is shipped. If you cancel after 30 days of shipment, you may be eligible to receive up to a 50% pro-rated refund of the original purchase price.

An active subscription is required for your Okyo Garde device to work. If you cancel your subscription, a shipping label will be provided to return your router for recycling.
