Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE) is a networking protocol that is used by some DSL service providers. If this applies to you, your service provider should give you a unique username and password for you to access the internet.
To configure your internet connection with PPPoE, follow the setup process. If we are unable to make a connection automatically, you will be presented with options to configure your connection settings. Select change connection settings.
Enter the sign in credentials from your service provider.
After clicking Save your phone will ask you to connect directly with the router through a setup network. Select OK to continue.
Your connection settings will update and your router will retry making a connection to the internet using your PPPoE credentials. Once a connection is made, you will be able to move forward to set up your network.
