The LED status light on the top of your Okyo Garde helps to identify the status of your Okyo Garde network.
No status light means the Okyo Garde device is not powered on. Check to make sure it’s plugged in and receiving power.
A steady white status light shows that your Okyo Garde device is on and connected to the internet.
A slowly blinking white LED status light shows that your Okyo Garde device is still booting up. During setup, it can also mean that the device has finished booting up, but is waiting to be registered to your account.
A slowly pulsing white LED status light appears during setup. It means that your Okyo Garde device has been registered to your account and is awaiting information to activate your network.
A steady red LED status light indicates that your Okyo Garde device is on but can’t find a connection to the internet. Usually this means the connection from your internet service provider is offline.
A slowly blinking red LED status light indicates that something is wrong with your Okyo Garde device. You should contact support.
The LED status light will rapidly blink white while you are holding down the button on the bottom of the device to initiate a factory reset.
